At PITAKA, we stand behind the quality of our carbon fiber and aramid fiber electronics accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or use the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the product in its original PITAKA packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated return center, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days; upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
